I complain every year about Christmas in October, when the Halloween candy moves out to make way for fake wreaths, mass produced stockings and plastic Santas. Yet, I always forget that horrible consumerism when the actual holidays come: when I can hang out with my family, get drunk with old friends at the bars and eat really great food. I'm happy to have these memories and thankful to have you (my loyal readers) in them.
